Sometimes, the truth doesn't set you free. Sometimes, more effort to "understand things better" no longer opens new doors. Insight, on its own, doesn’t translate into change.
Sometimes, you need a different way to experience what’s going on.
This is where NeuroGraphica comes in.
A Different Way of Working
Instead of relying on someone else’s interpretation, you can work directly with your own experience through a structured process using NeuroGraphica — a method that uses drawing to help the mind process and shift experience.
NeuroGraphica works through the natural connection between what you see, what you do, and how you think and feel.
When you create a visual, symbolic representation of a situation — and then work back into the image so it changes — your experience of that situation begins to shift as well.
You end up lighter, freer, more inspired – and better able to come up with new ideas for moving your situation or project in a desirable direction.
One of the best things about using NeuroGraphica is that you stay in charge at every stage. As you master the steps, the change comes from within your own experience, rather than being given to you from the outside.
In that sense, the change isn't something done to you. It’s something you actively take part in creating.
Watch how the image of a scrambled inner moment transforms in stages into a sky-blue Ray of Hope (visible on the page and felt on the inside)
What Happens in the Encounter
In your 1:1 session, we start with what you bring — a situation, a frustration, a concern, a question.
From there, I guide you into a NeuroGraphica process that fits what you bring.
You don’t need to be “good at drawing”. NeuroGraphica visual language uses the simplest elements: lines, circles, triangles, and rectangles.
The point isn’t how the drawing looks – rather, it's how it makes your topic seem and feel.
This way of working has a particular advantage: you don’t have to explain everything out loud. If something feels too personal, too nuanced, or simply hard to put into words, you can work with it through drawing, rather than having to explain it. Many people find this is what allows them to work with things they wouldn’t otherwise bring into a session.
We stay close to your experience throughout. There is space to notice, reflect, and, where useful, name what is changing.
By the end of the session, something has moved — not because it was analysed, but because you engaged with it differently.
— Rachel Harrison

What You Leave With
This is designed as a complete experience — not a one-off moment that leaves you wondering what to do next.
Alongside the session, you’ll receive access to the Intro to NeuroGraphica course.
This means you’re not just experiencing a shift in the moment — you’re learning a way of working that you can return to, in your own time and in your own way.
Many people find that what begins in the session continues to unfold afterwards, as they revisit the process and apply it to other areas of their life.
You leave with a different experience of your situation — and with a tool you can keep using.

— Tracy Smith
This is for you if:
- You’re used to reflecting, thinking, and trying to understand your situation
- You sense that something is ready to shift — but you can’t quite reach it through thinking alone
- You want support, but not in a way that takes over or tells you what to do
- You’re open to a different kind of process — one that is experiential rather than purely conversational
This may not be the right fit if you’re looking for:
- Direct advice or solutions
- For your situation to be analysed or “figured out”
- Ongoing coaching or regular sessions
This is a contained experience, designed to help you access a shift — and to give you a way to continue on your own.

You don’t need prior experience with NeuroGraphica.
