🪺 Coaching & Soul-Guiding

One-to-one containers for what’s ready to unfold

These sessions are not about fixing what’s broken — they are about listening for what wants to come alive. We meet in the space between what has been and what could be. Gently, honestly, and in full humanity.

Every journey begins with a Nesting Call — a soft landing space to speak freely, feel into the work, and name what’s stirring.

Things You Might Be Wondering

How long are the 1-1 sessions?

My 1-1 coaching sessions are generally 1.5hr (90 minutes). I find this allows us to dive deep, and sets up each session to deliver a tangible breakthrough.

How quickly will I experience something new?

Many people get new insights and experiences within 15 minutes of getting into conversation with me. The clearer you are on what you want to move towards, the quicker the work is likely to move ahead.

How often should we meet?

This depends on how quickly you want to progress. Most people opt for weekly sessions. Fortnightly sessions can work, if you need more time to let the effect sink in. I would suggest you leave at least one day between sessions, as a general rule. We will work at your pace, to your needs.

When can I book my appointments for?

My core practice hours are weekdays (Monday - Friday) from 9am to 6pm.
However, if this doesn't work for you, we can arrange evening and/or weekend appointments.

Can I get support between sessions?

Support between sessions, over email or WhatsApp, is available at an additional cost. We can discuss the details at our first meeting.

💃 Workshops, Speaking & Collaboration

Bringing soul back into systems

I work with educators, organisations, and curious collectives who are reimagining how we learn, lead, and live. From tango-inspired leadership workshops to soulful conversations on agency and learning, my public work invites people to remember what it feels like to be human — and to act from that place.

Watch my TEDx Talk: what tango taught me about leadership

What flashes up in your mind when you hear the word “Tango”? For me, Tango has become a way of approaching the dance of life: gently and with relish!

Argentine Tango has held a fascination for generations of dancers and music-lovers, and is enjoying a Third Golden Age – once again on a world-wide scale! This talk gives a flavour of Tango enthralling people of all ages and nationalities, and being re-discovered as a source of healing and a powerful medium of communication for the 21st century.

Current explorations include:

  • Lead and Follow – a workshop weaving dance and dialogue to explore relational leadership
  • Meet and Lead – a professional development experience that reconnects participants to presence, precision, and participation
  • The Soul-Work of Study – I’m currently writing a book with Routledge on alternative approaches to study skills, based on my work around Languages of Learning

To collaborate, host a workshop, or invite me to speak — send me an email or book a time to chat below.
