What does a mental tangle look like?
One thought pulling you one way –
and then another tugging you in a different direction.
Over and over. Like this:

What if there was a way to get your inner tangle to come together into something pleasing and coherent?

Kirtna's tangle becoming more meaningful and welcome.
Come and experience a surprisingly simple way to loosen the tangle and make more room for something new.

The tangle that won't budge
If you've carried your tangle for a while, you already know this:
If weighing up pros and cons helped, you would not be here.
If reading a book – or watching YouTube – or talking – or researching – or telling yourself to get a grip – or distracting yourself helped... you would not be here.
And yet…
here you are.
Still trying to get your tangle to come loose.
If you're here, it might be time to step sideways and give your mind a completely different kind of job.
No special equipment needed:
just some paper, a marker, and a dollop of curiosity.
"I was curious: How could drawing lines help me think?
"The surprise was: you can draw about something — almost as if you're writing about it, but without words getting in the way."
~ Tsveta Dimova (film director & producer)
A different way through
Plot a new path for your thoughts with NeuroGraphica – a simple drawing process which uses a special kind of line and a few basic geometric shapes.
Before you worry:
You don't need to be able to draw.
This isn't an art class:
you don't need to produce anything attractive-looking.
[60-SECOND DEMO VIDEO]
You may feel calmer.
You may see your situation differently.
You may discover something you hadn't noticed before.
Or you may simply enjoy doing something wonderfully different.
That's the experiment.
"[My first NeuroGraphica drawing] began with a lot of feelings of being stuck and like I was bracing for impact and just dreading the next couple of months as the winter gets closer. But the drawing process made me relook at everything with fresh eyes.
It was like I suddenly saw the little details and potential opportunities of the next few months, so it made [what's coming] less like a big problem and more like a new and [potentially] welcome change in my life, with enough time and space for me to integrate it.
[When I first started this drawing], I saw [what looked like] eyes. As I finished the picture, they turned out to be seeds in soil. [The final version of my drawing] looks to me like building a foundation, and finding pockets of space and ease in the next few months. It feels like a very earthy piece – grounded, quiet and expansive.
I really enjoyed rounding out everything and I still have some bits I’d like to complete, but overall it was a really introspective yet grounding session. Thanks Margarita!"

A tool you get to keep
This isn't a technique you'll try once and forget.
You'll learn the basic NeuroGraphica process for yourself, so you can use it again whenever you want to give yourself some space around a problem, question or situation.
"Months later, I still sit down to draw NeuroGraphica when I need a fresh perspective."

You might be surprised what your mind can do
NeuroGraphica is an artful psychology practice — and one of the approaches I use within the wider ByHeart ecosystem.
My work is about helping people find more room to move: in their thinking, their feelings, their relationships and their lives.
I have a particular fondness for approaches that are both deep and light. Because meaningful change doesn't always have to involve furrowed brows and Very Serious Personal Development.
Sometimes a line on a piece of paper can open a door.
I'm Margarita.

Come curious.
You don't need to know what you're going to discover.
That's the whole point.
