You may have come here from a social media post, a conversation, or a documentary film project.
Perhaps you've encountered the word NeuroGraphica for the first time and thought:
"Oh. That's intriguing."
If so, welcome.
NeuroGraphica is a creative self-development method that combines drawing, thinking and human psychology.
But that description only tells part of the story.
At its heart, NeuroGraphica offers a different way of approaching the things that matter to us: the frustrations that won't budge, the dreams that feel distant, the relationships we want to nurture, and the conversations we're having with life itself.
You don't need artistic talent.
You don't need special equipment.
You don't even need to know where to begin.
Curiosity is plenty.
A question to start with
What if drawing wasn't about making pictures at all?
What if it could become another way of thinking?
Another way of relating to yourself.
Another way of approaching change.
That's the possibility NeuroGraphica invites us to explore.
Three ways to begin

A little about me
Hello, I'm Margarita.
I accompany people in discovering NeuroGraphica as a practical, creative way of relating differently to themselves, others, and the larger patterns of life.
I don't think of NeuroGraphica as something to master.
I think of it as something to encounter, practise with, and gradually weave into the fabric of everyday life.
My aim isn't to persuade you of anything.
It's simply to create a hospitable space in which your curiosity has somewhere to land.
Continue exploring
If you'd like to wander a little further, you'll find more beginner-friendly articles, reflections and practical guides in the NeuroGraphica Knowledge Garden.
And if, at some point, you'd like to study NeuroGraphica more deeply, I also offer workshops and a self-paced introductory course.
